Biography
Origin
Amon Tomaz
In reality, Intergang did not sell him into slavery but sent him to the Religion of Crime in order to be sent to their re-education camp. Whilst there, he was among other children that were going to indoctrinated into the dark faith. However, Amon made two attempts at escape each of which failed whereupon he was present at their camp in Yemen with him once more attempting to leave their ranks but was caught once more. This saw his legs being broken and him being badly injured but he was found by Black Adam and his sister who was now the superhero Isis after the two were informed of the cult's secret base by Renee Montoya. They found Amon so badly injured that he could never walk again with Black Adam looking to help his wife's brother by sharing a portion of his magical power with the boy. By calling out Black Adam's name, Amon was transformed by magical lightning as he was empowered by the gods where he took the name Osiris. He then joined the Black Adam family and travelled with his sister along with his brother-in-law to Kahndaq where they sought to change the world. (52 v1 #23)

Black Adam came to share a portion of his magic that empowered him with Amon who had to simply call out his name 'Black Adam'. This caused a bolt of lighting to strike him and he could hear voices in his head that were those of the gods. He gained the strength of Amon, the stamina of Shu, the swiftness of Heru, the power of Aton, the wisdom of Zehuti and the courage of Mehen. (52 v1 #23)
