Biograph
Skarlet was a female creation created under orders of Shao Kahn the Emperor of the realm of Outworld. She was created because the emperor trusted only those fighters that were his own creation. As a result, he gad blood gathered from warriors across countless battlefields which was fused together through sorcery in order to create a highly effective enforcer.
