History
Division 3 was an agency created by the United States government following an incident known as the Lazarus Affair. This resulted in the formation of a response group designed to deal with the threat posed by Mutants. Thus, a number of Division's were created with Division 3 being responsible of finding and preventing the dangers caused by Mutants. It operated alongside the Division's and other government agencies around the world to complete this goal.
Overview
In appearance, Division 3 was an agency that had a mandate to respond to Mutant threats where it was responsible for investigations, research and tactical measures. It operated as the tip of the spear and contrasted with Division 1 that was global command and communications whilst Division 2 was pure science, genetics and technology.
