History
The Earth Spacedock was a space station established around the planet Earth. It was noted to had been under construction in 2257. (DIS: Will You Take My Hand?) By 2285, Spacedock was completed and fully operational where it was in use by Starfleet. (TOS: Star Trek III: The Search for Spock)

In appearance, the Spacedock was large space station with a massive layout designed to harbor numerous starships inside its upper, mushroom-shaped section. (TOS: Star Trek III: The Search for Spock)
