History
The Triumph Division were a team of superheroes that formed in the Philippines.
The team came to respond to a tsunami event that affected the Philippines where they managed to save lives and reduce casualties. A public ceremony was held to honour and reward them for their act of heroism when a suicide bomber disguised as a monk outfitted with an embedded bomb supplied by Ezekiel Stane detonated thus seemingly killing the Triumph Division. As superheroes, the team members possessed secret identities that meant no one could attend except their immediate family members along with a chosen few. S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Tony Stark attended the funerals for the team with Thor Odinson also in attendance. (Invincible Iron Man v2 #2) Afterwards, the successors of the Triumph Division assembled to take the place of their predecessors with Iron Man briefly meeting them to wish them luck in their endeavours. (Invincible Iron Man v2 #4)
When Tony Stark became a prisoner of the Mandarin, his allies Pepper Potts and Bethany Cabe set up a meeting in international waters with the Triumph Division and the Chinese superhero team the Dynasty and requested their aid to take part in a rogue rescue operation to retrieve Stark from Mandarin City. Both teams were glad to help since Tony Stark had been present for them. (Invincible Iron Man v1 #525) The heroes arrived during the final battle between Iron Man and the Mandarin. While the Dynasty took down the Mandarin's armed forces, the Triumph Division engaged the Titanomechs until Iron Man used the Swarm to destroy them. (Invincible Iron Man v1 #526)
Some time later, the Triumph Division prevented the Macronaut from making a landfall in Quezon City. (Mighty Avengers v2 #6)
Years ago, the Triumph Division were investigating a mysterious company known as Alontek that were investigating experiments conducted on people. After striking at one operation, they found a new girl named Pearl Pangan who as a result of these experiments developed the power to manipulate water. The Triumph Division came to take her in where they trained her to become a superhero and she came to take the code name Wave. (Aero v1 #1)
After the War of the Realms, the Triumph Division was celebrated for their defense of the Philippines and South-East Asia. However, they came to expel Wave from their ranks for deserting her post despite her assisting the new Agents of Atlas in defending against the invasion by Sindr and the Fire Goblins of Muspelheim. (Aero v1 #1)
It was eventually revealed that the secret experiments by Alontek were conducted by the mermaid-like Sirenas who were divided over the attacks from Atlantis thus causing them to fall into in-fighting. After this exposure, a report was sent to the Triumph Division who instituted diplomatic protocols with both Sirenas faction. Red Feather than apologised to Wave and offered her a place back in the superhero team. However, she refused and stated that maybe they needed to prove themselves to her with Red Feather not taking offence. Instead, the two parted and stated that if the other ever needed help then to call the other who would come to their aid. (Aero v1 #6)

Within the Philippines, superheroes were legacies which were familial and ran back centuries. Thus, the sons and daughters were expected to replace them and taking over from their parents. (Invincible Iron Man v2 #4)
Their base of operations was Triumph Hall that was located in Manila in the Philippines. (Invincible Iron Man v2 #4)
