Jordan Price

A young executive at Wayne Enterprises in the mid-21st-century Gotham, Jordan Price had his sights set on the presidency of the company, but was forced to step down when Bruce Wayne announced that he intended to come out of retirement. Determined to achieve what he felt he deserved, Price hired the Jokerz (Chucko, Ghoul, Woof, and the Dee-Dee Twins) to kill Wayne.

As payment, he gave them security codes they needed to steal satellite parts from Wayne Enterprises; key components in the scheme of their boss, the resurrected Joker. Not only did the Jokerz fail to eliminate Wayne, but the Joker himself eventually decided that Price was too much of a liability and sent them to kill Price aboard his company yacht.

When Batman interferred, the Joker tried to destroy both him and Price using the laser satellite which he'd gained control over thanks to the items Price helped the Jokerz steal. Batman managed to get Price away in time and, having learned of the young would-be company president's treachery by eavesdropping on his conversation with the Jokerz aboard the yacht, turned him over to the police as soon as they got to shore.
