Lenkin.

Lenkin was the director of the art depository at the Kremlin in Moscow as well as an expert jeweler. He played a vital role in General Orlov and Kamal Khan's plan to steal jewels from the Soviets and replace them with fakes designed by him. He was eventually found out by General Gogol and the KGB however, and gave up Orlov as the mastermind of the scheme under pressure from Gogol himself. He was subsequently arrested.
