Ogremon

Ogremon was an evil Champion-level Digimon who willingly came to serve Devimon, and had a rivalry with the noble Leomon. Devimon eventually rewarded him by transforming him into a mass of Black Gears that he merged into himself. The gears increased Devimon's power level so he could combat the Digidestined.

Upon Devimon's destruction at the hands of Angemon, Ogremon escaped his master's fate. He was eventually forced to battle against the forces of the Dark Masters, revealing that he was not really so much evil as he was just the enemy of Leomon. Ogremon allied with the two Digidestined Mimi Tachikawa and Joe Kido after their split with the other Digidestined. Following the defeat of the Dark Masters and Apocalymon, Ogremon left to be on his own once more.

A version of Ogremon manifested in the real world after Tai and Agumon were thrown through a dimensional rift following a climactic battle with Etemon.

It is unknown whether the version of Ogremon that appeared in the real world was the same Ogremon, a different one, or simply a shadow of the real thing created by the rift.
