Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Force

The Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Force was a private security force for Umbrella, Inc., headed by Major Timothy Cain. They first appeared in the form of the elite commando team led by One which went into the Hive to shut down the Red Queen. They later were the ones who quarantined Raccoon City following the T-Virus outbreaks that came about as a result of reopening the Hive on Cain's order.
