The Circus of Strange is an organization that features in DC Comics.

History

The Circus of Strange or Le Cirque D'etrange was an extreme circus troupe that was known to operate in Gotham City. They were known to had traded in next level mind control drugs with Russian people traffickers. (Batman and Robin v1 #2)

When Mister Toad was apprehended, the Circus struck at the GCPD headquarters in an attempt to free him which led to the death of four cops and six being seriously injured despite the intervention of Batman and Robin.
