With the repeated failures of the Japanese Branch headquarters in capturing Guyver I, Lisker decided to personally intervene in the matter. In order to secure his own position, Genzo Makishima dispatched a Zoanoid team and his personal assistant [[Synevite]] to retrieve the Unit one last time. The Zoanoids were killed by a megasmasher attack from Sho Fukomachi after which Senuvite transformed into his Zoanoid form. He proved to be a more difficult foe for the bio-boosted host until Sho discovered the use of the high frequency blades. With the Zoanoids dead, Lisker revealed himself and changed into his Guyver form where he revealed them as bio-organic weapons which bonded to a host and increased their power. He also stated that there were one of three Units recovered and attempted to persuade Sho to join him. However, when he refused, Lisker decided to teach him a lesson and overpowered him by revealing various Guyver powers. He then gripped Sho's arm and attempted to use a single megasmasher shot to dispatch Fokumachi but a malfunction in his control medal stunned him and allowed Guyver I to escape. | With the repeated failures of the Japanese Branch headquarters in capturing Guyver I, Lisker decided to personally intervene in the matter. Despite seemingly falling to his defeat by Guyver III's pressure cannon attacks, Lisker returned by firing his megasmashers at Guyver III. Angered, he told the Guyver not to turn his back on him and noticed that Sho Fukomachi, the first Guyver, was still alive. He thus redirected his attention at Guyver I and easily demonstrated his superior combat skills against the young Sho, telling him that the boys skills were sloppy and that he could never beat him. Sho told him that there was danger as the Japanese Branch was going to explode due to its self destruct but Lisker said he did not worry as there was nothing to fear when one was immortal. After beating him, Lisker prepared his megamasher on Sho and told him that he would not return from this attack. Biography
Oswald A. Lisker (Japanese: オズワルド·A·リスカー, Hepburn: Ozuwarudo Ēi Risukā) was a male human who was born in the modern age where he was the son of U.S. Senator Robert P. Lisker who was from a prominent family within the Chronos Corporation that was based in the United States. It was known that his father had a marriage arranged with Astrid Forsberg of the Swedish branch of Chronos in an effort to unite the families with this resulting in Oswald gaining a stepsister named Valkyria Forsberg Lisker. His father was noted to had treated the girl coldly but Oswald had been a supportive older brother to her. Later on, he came to rise in the ranks of the Chronos Corporation and reached the rank of Inspector. In that time, he went through combat training so he could be transformed into an elite Hyperzoanoid where he encountered his comrade Zerbebuth. He was dispatched to the Japanese Branch headquarters after learning that the Guyver Units had been stolen by a rogue Zoanoid. Upon his arrival, he was greeted by Director Genzo Makishima but immediately displayed the Corporation's displeasure in his failure. He, however, revealed that they had recovered one of the Units which was partially damaged. Whilst examining the Unit, it activated and bonded with him turning Lisker into Guyver II. He then participated in training simulations slaying numerous Zoanoids to test his power.
With the repeated failures of the Japanese Branch headquarters in capturing Guyver I, Lisker decided to personally intervene in the matter. In order to secure his own position, Genzo Makishima dispatched a Zoanoid team and his personal assistant Synevite to retrieve the Unit one last time.
When he returned back to the Japanese Branch's headquarters, he witnessed Genzo Makishima being detained and Commander Richard Guyot taking charge of the Chronos base. Due to Lisker's failure in retrieving the Unit, he was kept on hold in order to study what the malfunction was with some scientists believing that he may have strained the abilities of the technology. Oswald Lisker also greeted Guyot when he arrived and noticed that his bodyguard was none other then his comrade Zerbebuth. The Hyerzoanoid was dispatched to deal with Guyver I but failed after Sho made use of a pressure cannon to damage Zerbebuth. Later, Lisker witnessed Sho being killed by the Guyver Killer Enzyme who was Geno Makishma who was forcibly transformed as penance for his past failures. When Guyver I regenerated from the control medal, Lisker began to entertain thoughts of immorality and being all powerful in order to attain a high position in Chronos. Lisker attempted to fight Sho and encountered a wounded Zerbebuth who had been defeated by Guyver I. He attempted to call upon his comradeship and ask Lisker to get him to the Optimization chamber in order to heal himself but Oswald slayed his former comrade.
Whilst moving through the Japanese Branch, he encountered the mysterious Guyver III who had finished his sabotage of the headquarters. Guyver III was preparing to leave but Lisker stopped him and said that he wanted Guyver III to fight him. When asked why, Lisker stated that the world did not need three Guyvers, one would do and he bio-boosted into the Guyver form. When Guyver III chuckled, he asked what was funny and Guyver III said he hoped that he did not find his recent battles taxing. Recalling the previous conversation with Agito Makishima nearby, he deduced that Guyver III was the Makishima heir. After a short battle, Lisker told Guyver III that his new power had heightened his ambitions as with the power of the Guyver he would easily have an elite status in Chronos Corporation - something that Lisker desired. However, Guyver III told him he did not have such grand designs and that he only sought the Japaneses Branch's destruction at this point. He then let loose a pressure cannon attack which sent Lisker tumbling down the lower levels of the building.
But whilst charging the attack, his control medal malfunctioned due to the previous damage it had sustained which stunned him whilst his body deformed temporarily. Using the opportunity, Guyver I attacked Lisker and hit him in the control medal which popped from its socket. Without the medal, the bio-boosted armor began to disintegrate as it began to devour its host. A shocked Lisker cried out that it was impossible and that he was invincible and that Sho could not defeat him but he dissolved into an organic mass which in turn was destroyed when the Japanese Branch headquarters exploded.
Overview
Personality and attributes
After bonding to the Guyver Unit, he came to be known as Guyver II.
Unlike quite a majority of his comrades, Lisker was actually a [Human and had not faced Optimization to become a Zoanoid. He was actually trained among the elite Chronos forces in order to be Optimized into an advanced Hyperzoanoid. Once he learnt of the Guyver Unit and bonded with it, his aspirations for power grew a great deal. Learning of the power of the Unit, Lisker believed himself to be the ultimate fighting machine and perhaps the most powerful being within the Chronos Corporation. Richard Guyot would later state that Lisker was an overly ambitious who had let the power of the Guyver get to his head. This also meant that he was unwilling to allow individuals that were a threat to his power remain which was why he sought to terminate the other two Guyvers stating that a single Guyver would do which would be him.
After learning of the regenerative affects of the Guyver unit, Lisker became more demented and believed himself to be immortal. Thus, he felt little fear of destruction from the self destruct from the Japanese Branch headquarters. Thus, he became shocked at his defeat and refused to accept that he was facing death stating that he was invincible and that Sho could not have beaten him.
Lisker was a potent fighter who's combat abilities were enhanced through is combat training in the Chronos Corporation. After bonding with the Guyver, his natural skills were augmented and he was a powerful combatant able to easily kill any Zoanoid. His skills allowed him to easily dominate Guyver I in combat potential though he did suffer more resistance against Guyver III. Liskers downfall can be directly attributed to the fact that his Guyver Unit's control medal was damaged resulting in Lisker pausing at random moments and facing uncontrollable mutations. Lisker was incapable of preventing this until the Unit corrected the situation, however this left him vulnerable to attack and, ultimately, caused his death when Guyver I destroyed the control medal.
Oswald A. Lisker was noted for being the son of Robert Lisker who was a senator and a member of Chronos. His father had a marriage arranged with Astrid Forsberg of the Swedish branch. This resulted in Oswald gaining a younger stepsister named Valkyria Forsberg Lisker where he had been a supportive older brother to her.
Powers and abilities
Before he was bonded with a Guyver Unit, Lisker was a simple ordinary Human being, albeit with sepcial hand-to-hand combat training in preparation for his conversion into a Hyperzoanoid. Upon bonding with the Unit, he gained all the abilities of a bio-boosted host. By calling out the words "Adapt", a bio-boosted armor would merge into his skin and enhance his strength as well as reflexes with the suit being controlled by the control medal. He was proficient in the armors abilities namely the use of the head beam, high frequency blades and megasmasher ability. His skills made him more powerful then Zoanoids and low ranking Hyperzoanoids. Furthermore, his combat training meant that he was stronger then Sho Fukomachi and turned out to be a near equal to Agito Makishma in their Guyver forms.
There was, however, a problem with the symbiote he had as it had been damaged during the explosion the separated the three Units. As such, it suffered from random malfunctions that deformed the bio-boosted armor at sudden moments leaving the host stunned and inactive as long as the change occured. The damaged nature of the Unit meant that it was weakened enough to the point that a single punch was capable of forcing the control medal out and shatter into many pieces.
