Biography

In appearance, Iron Maniac was an alternate version of Tony Stark who had scars on his face and wore an Iron Man Armour that partially resembled Doctor Doom. It was this reason that he was initially confused for being the Latverian dictator. (Marvel Team-Up v3 #3)
