Biography
Hit (Japanese: ヒット, Hepburn: Hitto) was a purple skinned humanoid male who was an inhabitant of Universe 6. It was said that he was born over a thousand years ago and operated for a long time as an assassin. Over time, he came to develop a legendary reputation for having complete all his assassinations and had eliminated foes in a single hit.
He was eventually approached by Vados where she recruited him to be part of Team Universe 6 to fight in the Tournament of Destroyers between the God of Destruction Champa and Beerus of Universe 6 who was assembling his own team. To secure his aid, the Angel offered him a Cube (キューブ Kyūbu) that could allow him to travel to other universes and he agreed to participate in the tournament. He came to be considered Champa's trump card in the match with Hit joining his 4 other team mates as they travelled to a nameless planetoid in-between the six Super Dragon Balls. Hit then joined Cabba, Frost, Botamo and Magetta as the match arranged amongst the participants as they passed the written exam. Upon starting, he showed little interest in the other matches though he noted Goku's transformation into a Super Saiyan.
Afterwards, he was sent to find and recruit the disgraced Frost to be a fighter in the tournament. Frost though mistook his pursuit for an assassination attempt and attacked him as a result. A brief battle was fought with the fugitive Frost being defeated but instead of being killed his life was spared with Hit complimenting his improved skill. He then recruited him for the upcoming tournament but forced him to abandon the hidden poison tip on his tail and knees as these were grounds for disqualification in the match and could lead to the erasure of their universe.
