Biography
Dragon Ball
Bulma Briefs (Japanese: ブルマ, Hepburn: Buruma) (733 - May 8, 774; May 8, 774 - ?) was born to Dr. and Mrs. Briefs, making her the heir to the Capsule Corporation. Inheriting her father's genius, Bulma was an accomplished inventor by the time she was a teenager. Shortly after entering high school in West City, Bulma discovered the 2-Star Dragon Ball in her basement. A few months later, she found the 5-Star Dragon Ball in a cave. Inspired to find them all and wish for the perfect boyfriend, she developed the Dragon Radar and began to track the other Dragon Balls down during her summer vacation. Nine days later, during her quest, she went to Mount Paozu to find the next Dragon Ball when she accidentally hit a young boy named Goku with her car. Bulma was the first girl Goku had ever seen and even more so, the second human Goku had ever seen, after his guardian, Grandpa Gohan, who had died. After Goku took Bulma to his house, she found out that he had the four-star Dragon Ball and explains the legend and power behind them. After failing to seduce Goku for the Dragon Ball, she decided to become traveling partners with him to which he agreed, though she deliberately neglected to tell him that the Dragon Balls scatter after the wish was made. Later that night, they came to camp in a Capsule House in Skull Valley where Bulma ended up introducing Goku to several elements that he was deprived of in his isolation such as technology, bathing and even women. The next morning, Goku found a sea Turtle lost and decides to walk him back to the beach, which Bulma unhappily agrees to since she does not want to be left alone and defenseless. After an encounter with a Bear Thief, they got him to the beach and met Master Roshi, who gave Goku the Flying Nimbus for bringing him back. Bulma, who saw Master Roshi's Three-Star Dragon Ball, got it from him in exchange for showing him her panties. Only later did she discovers that her underwear was gone and got furious as Goku admitted that he took them off. When the two continued their journey, Bulma tried to use the Flying Nimbus but was rejected since she was not pure-hearted. Three days later, Bulma and Goku ended up in Aru Village which was under the rule of a shapeshifter named Oolong, who kidnapped the young daughters of the villagers. Bulma was given the six-star Dragon Ball by an old lady in the village for coming up with a plan to have Goku defeat Oolong. Bulma forced Oolong to come with them on their journey since his shapeshifting ability can come in handy. The journey became hard for when they reached the Diablo Desert and lost her capsules after traveling through a river on a boat just before. While in the desert, she met Yamcha, who she developed a crush on.
After the group ruined the plans of Pilaf, Bulma returned to high school, although she met Goku and company again on several occasions thereafter. However, she eventually broke up with Yamcha, believing he was unfaithful to her.
Dragon Ball Z
After the battle with Nappa and Vegeta, where Yamcha was killed, Bulma took Krillin and Gohan to Planet Namek to find the Namekian Dragon Balls. She largely kept out of the conflict with Frieza's forces, although she did outsmart a pair of his troops and was briefly possessed by Captain Ginyu. Bulma was happy to see Yamcha resurrected after Frieza's defeat, but their relationship failed to take off again- particularly after Bulma fell in love with Vegeta. Although Vegeta was not the most affectionate boyfriend, Bulma did have a child with him, Trunks. She and her father helped during the conflict with the androids, developing a device to deactivate Androids 17 and 18 and rebuilding Android 16 after he was damaged by Cell.
After Cell's defeat, Bulma and Vegeta continued to live together. She weathered Vegeta's corruption into Majin Vegeta and subsequent death, only to be transformed and eaten by Majin Buu. She was resurrected with the planet Earth and all its good people, and donated some of the energy that helped destroy Buu once and for all. Bulma and Vegeta later had a daughter, Bulla.

Personality and attributes
Bulma had a temperamental personality while being very tomboyish and girly at the same time. Bulma tends to have a great deal of concern over her hygiene, frequently complaining when circumstances prevent her from taking a bubble bath or replenishing her beauty supplies, even when her hygiene is the least of her worries such as being stranded in the wilderness.
Bulma was the daughter of Dr. Brief (ブリーフ博士 Burīfu Hakase) who was an elderly, brilliant, and eccentric scientist.
She later came to be involved with Vegeta (ベジータ Bejīta) where the pair had two children together with these being a son named Trunks (トランクス Torankusu) and a daughter named Bulla (ブラ Bura).
